A delicious and moist chocolate cake perfect for celebrations or indulgence. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave. Stir until smooth.
2. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and mix well.
3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
4. Sift the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt into the mixture. Gently fold until combined.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set but slightly moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
