A delicious and nutritious soup made from fresh nettles, perfect for utilizing spring's bounty. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 50 g butter - 2 dl processed nettles
- 0.5 l water
- 0.5 l milk
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- A pinch of nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Heat the butter in a pot.2. Add the chopped nettles and stir. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
3. Sprinkle the flour over the nettles and mix well.
4. Gradually add the water while stirring.
5. Allow the soup to boil for about 2 minutes.
6. Add the milk and stir.
7. Add salt, sugar, and a pinch of nutmeg. Let it simmer for a moment before serving.
Serve the soup with boiled eggs.
