Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 3 potatoes
- 200 g celery
- 200 g turnip
- 1 tsp tarragon, basil, or herb mix
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, cutting the harder ones smaller.
2. Heat oil in a pot or pan.
3. Add the vegetable pieces to the hot pan and stir for about 5–10 minutes.
4. Add enough water to cover the vegetables and season with herbs and spices.
5. Allow the dish to simmer with a tight lid for about 20-30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
