Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour- 1 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter for frying
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp sugar (for the apples)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Ice cream for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth.2. Heat a frying pan and add the butter.
3. Pour the batter onto the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
4. Peel the apples and cut them into wedges.
5. In a separate pan, fry the apple wedges with sugar and cinnamon until soft and golden brown.
6. Serve the pancakes warm with the fried apple wedges and a scoop of ice cream on top.
