French Onions with Zucchini

Ingredients:
- 2 large onions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 large zucchini
- 500 ml vegetable broth (water + cube)
- 1 tablespoon French mustard
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the onions into thin rings.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion rings and sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
3. Rinse the zucchini and cut it into small cubes.
4. Add the zucchini cubes to the skillet with the onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour in the vegetable broth and add the French mustard. Mix well and let it simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
6. Season with salt to taste and serve warm.
