Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh edible flowers (e.g., plantain, dandelion)
- 2 apples
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup yogurt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse and gently dry the edible flowers.
2. Peel and chop the apples and banana.
3. Slice the strawberries and halve the grapes.
4. Combine all the fruits in a bowl.
5. Add honey and lemon juice to the fruit mixture and stir gently.
6. Finally, fold in the edible flowers and nuts.
