These easy and delicious French fries are the perfect side or snack, and they can be prepared quickly. You can double the recipe and reheat them if needed. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g potatoes - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. 2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them well.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through cooking time.
6. Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
