A delicious recipe that allows you to fill the patties with your favorite ingredients, such as tuna, ground meat, sausages, or vegetables. Blue cheese adds a strong flavor, but feel free to choose other cheese as per your preference.

Ingredients:

- 4 tortilla bases
- 200 g tuna (or alternatively, 200 g ground meat, sausages, or vegetables)
- 150 g blue cheese (or other cheese)
- 1 dl cream (or yogurt)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add your chosen filling (tuna, ground meat, sausages, or vegetables) to the pan and cook until done. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Stir in the cream or yogurt and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
4. Take the tortilla bases and place the filling on them. Crumble the blue cheese on top.
5. Fold the tortillas in half and fry in the pan on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs.
