A delicious cheese pizza that combines Gorgonzola, Asiago, Mozzarella, and Pecorino, highlighted by fresh basil. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 100 g Gorgonzola cheese
- 100 g Asiago cheese
- 150 g Mozzarella cheese
- 50 g Pecorino cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired size and transfer it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough.
4. Crumble or slice the Gorgonzola, Asiago, Mozzarella, and Pecorino cheeses, and arrange them on top of the tomato sauce.
5. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and the top is golden brown.
6. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
7. Slice and enjoy!
