Poppy Flower Cauliflower Pasta

A delicious and refreshing pasta dish that brings summer flavors to your table, perfect for lunch or dinner. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g whole grain pasta - 1 small cauliflower, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl fresh poppy flowers (or other edible flowers)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Add the cauliflower to the pasta during the last 3 minutes of cooking. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute.
3. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
4. Combine the cooked pasta and cauliflower with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Gently fold in the fresh poppy flowers.
6. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh basil.
