Ingredients:
- 1 liter water
- 100 grams coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 ripe persimmon, diced
- 400 grams large rolled oats
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the water and coconut flakes, and heat until boiling.
2. Add the rolled oats, vanilla sugar, and diced persimmon to the saucepan.
3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season with a pinch of salt and serve warm. Enjoy!
