Ingredients:

- 2 medium purple sweet potatoes
- 2 bananas (frozen)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Peel and chop the purple sweet potatoes. Boil the pieces until soft, about 15-20 minutes.
