Ingredients:

- 200 g pie crust
- 300 g fresh Swiss chard
- 200 g ricotta cheese
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it. Prick the crust with a fork and pre-bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
3. Chop the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions until soft.
4. Rinse the Swiss chard and chop it into small pieces. Add the Swiss chard to the pan and cook until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
5. In a bowl, mix together ricotta, feta cheese, eggs, cream, and herbs. Add the cooked Swiss chard mixture and stir well.
6. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust and spread it evenly.
7. Bake the pie in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving.
