Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate - 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the sugar to the chocolate mixture. Mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
5. Sift the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt into the batter. Gently fold until fully combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a while before transferring it to a wire rack.
8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
