A moist and rich chocolate cake made with cooked beetroots, offering a unique flavor and vibrant color. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g cooked beetroot - 2 dl sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 dl oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. Peel and puree the cooked beetroot.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the oil and beetroot puree to the mixture and combine well.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
8. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
9. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
