A delicious beetroot and goat cheese pizza made without traditional tomato sauce, using sour cream instead. Pair it with a green salad for a delightful meal!

Ingredients:
- 1 pizza crust
- 200 g sour cream
- 2-3 red beets (cooked and sliced)
- 150 g goat cheese (crumbled)
- 1 dl salad sprouts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Roll out the pizza crust and transfer it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Spread the sour cream evenly over the pizza crust.
4. Arrange the sliced cooked beets on top of the sour cream.
5. Crumble the goat cheese evenly over the beets.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
8. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with salad sprouts before serving.
9. Serve warm and enjoy!
