These delightful macarons are a perfect addition to your Christmas table. They are beautifully red and contain sweet white chocolate and tart lingonberries, making them a delicious combination.

Ingredients:

- 100 g almond flour
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 75 g egg whites (about 2-3 eggs)
- 50 g granulated sugar
- Red food coloring
- 100 g white chocolate
- 50 g lingonberries
- 50 g cream

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
2. Sift the almond flour and powdered sugar into a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until foamy, then gradually add the granulated sugar and continue whisking until the mixture is stiff and glossy.
4. Add red food coloring to achieve your desired shade.
5. Gently fold the almond flour-sugar mixture into the egg white foam. Be careful not to overmix.
6. Pipe the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in your desired circle size.
7. Let the macarons rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
8. Bake the macarons in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Allow them to cool.
9. Melt the white chocolate and mix in the cream and lingonberries. Let it cool.
10. Fill the cooled macarons with the white chocolate filling and sandwich them together.
