Serving Size: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Princess Cake base
- 3 dl heavy cream
- 250 g vanilla cream cheese
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl caramel sauce
- 1 dl fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Princess Cake base and let it cool completely.
2. Whip the heavy cream until fluffy.
3. Gently fold in the vanilla cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar into the whipped cream.
4. Slice the cooled cake base in half.
5. Spread half of the filling on the first layer of the cake and drizzle with caramel sauce.
6. Add fresh berries on top of the filling.
7. Place the second layer of the cake on top of the filling and spread the remaining filling over the top of the cake.
8. Decorate the top of the cake with caramel sauce and berries.
9. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
