Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut them into long strips.
2. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure the spices coat the potatoes evenly.
3. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure the potatoes are not overlapping for crispiness.
4. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through the baking time.
5. Remove the fries from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
