A delightful and creamy spread made with fresh carrots and cucumbers, perfect for sandwiches or as a dip. Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 medium carrot
- 5 cm piece of cucumber
- 200 g plain light cream cheese
- 1 tsp Aromatic seasoning
Instructions:
1. Grate the carrot finely.
2. Peel and chop the cucumber into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, combine the grated carrot, chopped cucumber, cream cheese, and aromatic seasoning. Mix well.
4. Let the spread chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
