A refreshing and energizing smoothie that combines the flavors of carrot, pineapple, and ginger. Perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2-3 carrots, peeled
- 1/3 or 1/4 fresh pineapple
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Fresh ginger, peeled (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- (Optional) 1 tablespoon super C powder
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the carrots.
2. Remove the skin from the pineapple and chop it.
3. Squeeze the lime juice.
4. Add all ingredients to a blender.
5. Blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
