Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower - 200 g sweet potato
- 1 egg
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Pizza toppings (e.g., tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, meat)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Peel and boil the sweet potato until soft, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash.
3. Wash and chop the cauliflower. Blend it into fine crumbs.
4. In a bowl, mix the cauliflower crumbs, sweet potato mash, egg, shredded cheese, and seasonings.
5. Shape the mixture into two pizza crusts on a baking paper.
6. Bake the crusts in the oven for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Remove the crusts from the oven and add your desired toppings.
