Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 dl chopped vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, onion, olives)
- 100 g ham or pepperoni (optional)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the eggs and milk, and stir until a smooth batter forms.
4. Fold in the shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, and ham or pepperoni if using. Mix well.
5. Pour the batter into an oven-safe dish that has been greased with olive oil.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
