A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the best of pizza and pancake. Perfect for a snack or weekend treat. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 dl water
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200 g shredded cheese
- 200 g ham (or other filling)
- 1 dl tomato sauce
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- Oregano and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
3. Add the eggs, milk, and water to the mixture. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a lightly greased baking tray.
5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the batter.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese, ham, bell pepper, and onion on top.
7. Season with oregano and black pepper to taste.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
