A delicious combination of pizza and pancake, perfect for both everyday meals and celebrations.
Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 8 dl milk
- 25 g butter
- 150 g frozen spinach
- 250 g ham strips
- 150 g grated cheese
- 1 tsp pizza seasoning
- 3 tomatoes
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, crack the eggs, add the flour and half of the milk. Mix until smooth, then add the remaining milk. Let it rest for a few minutes.
2. Thaw and drain the spinach, then mix it into the batter.
3. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Spread the ham strips, grated cheese, and pizza seasoning evenly on top.
5. Slice the tomatoes and add them on top of the batter.
6. Sprinkle an additional cup of grated cheese and 2 teaspoons of pizza seasoning over the top.
7. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
