Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 6 dl milk - ½ tsp salt
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
- 3-5 tomatoes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 dl grated cheese (e.g. Edam)
- ½ leek
- 150 g smoked ham
- A pinch of white pepper
- 100-150 g blue cheese
- 2 bell peppers
- Ground black pepper
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and pizza seasoning. 2. Chop the tomatoes, leek, bell peppers, and smoked ham into small pieces.
3. Add the chopped ingredients to the batter and mix well.
4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
5. Sprinkle the grated cheese, blue cheese, and spices on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the dish is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Cut into portions and enjoy!
