A crispy pizza base that's easy to make and filled with delicious diced ham. Perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions! Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients
- 2 dl water - 1 packet dry yeast
- 5 dl wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g margarine
- 1 packet diced ham
- (Optional: cheese, tomato sauce, vegetables)
Instructions
1. Warm the water to lukewarm and dissolve the dry yeast in it. 2. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour and salt.
3. Add the yeast water to the flour mixture and knead the dough.
4. Incorporate the melted margarine and continue kneading until the dough is elastic.
5. Let the dough rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and pre-bake for 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
7. Spread tomato sauce, diced ham, and any desired toppings on the pre-baked crust.
8. Bake the pizza in the oven for an additional 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked.
9. Allow the pizza to cool slightly before serving.
