Ingredients

- 2 dl milk
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp pizza seasoning
- 1 dl tomato paste or ketchup
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp cooking oil for frying
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Black pepper to taste
- 2-3 dl grated cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 700 g ground meat

Instructions

1. Prepare the filling: peel and finely chop the onion.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, add the onion, and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the ground meat to the pan and brown it thoroughly. Drain any excess fat.
4. Mix in the tomato paste or ketchup, pizza seasoning, salt, black pepper, and diced tomatoes. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, prepare the pizza dough. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and milk. Knead the dough until smooth.
6. Roll the dough out to fit a baking sheet and transfer it onto parchment paper.
7. Spread the ground meat filling over the pizza dough and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
8. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
