A delicious pizza made without tomato sauce, featuring rich ingredients for a perfect alternative to traditional pizza. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2 pizzas
Ingredients:
- 200 g pizza flour
- 1.5 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 packet dry yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g ricotta cheese
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the pizza flour, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add the water and olive oil. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F).
5. Roll the dough into two thin pizza bases and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Crumble the mozzarella cheese over the pizza bases. Add spoonfuls of ricotta cheese evenly.
7. Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the pizza.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the pizzas are golden brown.
10. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
