Delicious and crispy pita chips paired with BBQ tofu and grape salsa, perfect for gatherings or a romantic movie night.

Ingredients:
- 4 gluten-free pita breads (approx. 225 g)
- 2 tbsp dukkah spice
- 2 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for frying)
- 1 avocado
- Fresh cilantro
Grape Salsa:
- 200 g grapes
- ½ bunch cilantro
- 1-2 green onions
- 1 red chili
- ½ lime juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
BBQ Tofu:
- 300 g smoked tofu
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce (a few drops of liquid smoke)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Cut the pita breads into triangles and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with dukkah spice.
3. Bake the pita triangles in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
4. Prepare the grape salsa: Rinse the grapes and cut them in half. In a bowl, mix the grapes, chopped cilantro, diced green onions, minced chili, lime juice, olive oil, and salt.
5. Prepare the BBQ tofu: Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in oil in a pan until golden brown. Add the BBQ sauce and mix well.
6. Serve the crispy pita chips with BBQ tofu, grape salsa, and sliced avocado. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
