A fresh and flavorful basil sauce perfect for drizzling over vegetables, soups, or spreading on bread. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 100 ml olive oil
- ¼ tsp grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch fresh basil
Instructions:
1. Chop the basil in a food processor until finely minced.
2. Slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream while processing the basil.
3. Add salt, pepper, and the minced garlic. Blend until smooth.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
5. Serve over cooked vegetables, alongside fish or vegetable soup, or spread on bread.
