A delicious combination of sweet dough and spiced cookie dough, filled with sweet berry jam. Perfect for dessert or a coffee table treat!
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 8-10

Ingredients:

- 400 g Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (Myllyn Paras)
- 1 egg
- 1 package ready-made sweet dough
- 1 dl berry jam

Instructions:

1. Spread the sweet dough sheets next to each other on a baking paper-lined tray to thaw according to package instructions.
2. Pinch the thawed pieces together and let rise under a cloth for about 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the cookie dough according to the package instructions.
4. Evenly spread the cookie dough over the risen sweet dough.
5. Add the berry jam on top of the cookie dough.
6. Brush the edges of the pie with the egg wash.
7. Bake at 175 °C (350 °F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
