Ingredients:
- 200 g dried figs
- 100 g almonds (finely crushed)
- 100 g gingerbread crumbs
- 50 g honey
- 50 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Instructions:
1. Chop the dried figs into small pieces in a bowl.
2. Add the crushed almonds, honey, cinnamon, ground ginger, and ground cloves to the figs. Mix well until combined.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on parchment paper.
4. Melt the dark chocolate and dip the balls into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well-coated.
5. Sprinkle gingerbread crumbs on top of the balls before the chocolate hardens.
6. Allow the balls to set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
