A delightful chocolate cake shaped like an igloo, filled with mint chocolate mousse and strawberry mousse. Perfect for celebrating little boys' birthday parties! Preparation Time: 2 hours + chilling time

Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cake Base:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Mint Chocolate Mousse:
- 200 g mint chocolate
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 50 ml water
- Strawberry Mousse:
- 200 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 50 ml water
Instructions:
1. Make the chocolate cake base: Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the sugar and let it cool slightly.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. Combine the flour and baking powder, then fold into the batter until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool.
5. Prepare the mint chocolate mousse: Soak the gelatin sheets in water. Melt the mint chocolate and mix it with the cream and sugar. Add the melted gelatin to the mixture and stir well.
6. Pour the mint chocolate mousse over the cooled cake base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
7. Prepare the strawberry mousse: Blend the strawberries and mix with the cream and sugar. Add the gelatin sheets and stir to combine.
8. Pour the strawberry mousse over the set mint chocolate mousse and return the cake to the refrigerator to chill.
9. Shape the cake into an igloo and decorate as desired.
