A rich and moist vegan chocolate cake that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml sugar
- 100 ml plant-based milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 ml nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat.
3. Add sugar, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Combine the dry ingredients with the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth. If using, add nuts or chocolate chips.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
