Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix until combined.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
