Ingredients:

- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- Fresh basil, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon juice to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the rice in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the diced bell pepper. Sauté for a few minutes until the pepper is soft.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled rice, sautéed bell pepper, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
4. Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped basil. Mix well.
5. Season with black pepper and lemon juice to taste.
6. Serve the portions beautifully arranged on plates and snap some photos.
