Description: A deliciously indulgent sandwich made with peanut butter, bacon, and banana, inspired by the King of Rock 'n' Roll.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 4 large slices of bread
- Butter
- Peanut butter
- 6 thick slices of well-cooked bacon
- 1 large banana
Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon slices in a skillet until crispy.
2. Cut the banana in half and slice the halves lengthwise.
3. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and place the buttered side down on a cutting board.
4. Spread peanut butter on the other side of each slice.
5. Place two slices of bacon and two banana slices on the unbuttered side of two bread slices.
6. Top with the remaining bread slices, ensuring the buttered side is facing out.
7. Fry the sandwiches in a skillet with plenty of butter on both sides until golden and crispy.
8. Cut the sandwiches diagonally in half and serve immediately.
