Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh salmon
- 300 g fresh tuna
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime (juice)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 small red onion
- 1 chili (optional)
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the fresh fish into small cubes.
2. Peel and slice the avocado.
3. Finely chop the red onion and chili.
4. In a bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil.
5. Add the fish, avocado, red onion, chili, and cilantro to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
7. Serve the dish beautifully on a plate and enjoy with friends.
