A joyful and colorful rolled cake decorated with melted Candy Melts chocolate. Perfect treat for parties or a sweet snack.

Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 4 large eggs
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 0.5 dl potato starch
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Candy Melts chocolate buttons

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, potato starch, and baking powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg-sugar mixture.
4. Pour the batter onto the lined baking sheet and smooth the surface.
5. Place the Candy Melts chocolate buttons evenly on top of the batter.
6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
7. Remove the cake from the oven and carefully flip it onto another piece of parchment paper, chocolate side up.
8. Allow to cool, then fill with your choice of filling, such as mousse or whipped cream. Roll the cake tightly and serve.
