This delicious Greizer-Nougat cake is the perfect choice for celebrations, bringing a sweet and creamy flavor that will surely impress your guests!

Ingredients:

- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml Greizer-Nougat liqueur
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 5 gelatin leaves
- 100 ml water

Instructions:

1. Crumble the digestive biscuits using a food processor or a rolling pin. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Place in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.
3. Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water for about 5 minutes. Once softened, dissolve them in 100 ml of hot water.
4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
5. Add the Greizer-Nougat liqueur to the cream cheese mixture and combine well.
6. Stir the melted gelatin into the mixture until well blended.
7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
8. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth the surface. Allow the cake to set in the refrigerator for at least 1.5 hours.
9. Optionally, decorate with chocolate shavings or chopped nuts before serving.
