A delicious and refreshing drink perfect for kicking off the weekend. This non-alcoholic version is a delightful Saturday morning treat, and with rum, it's an ideal brunch or evening drink. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 orange (juice)
- 2-3 dl coconut milk or cream
- 1/2 mango
- Ice (to taste)
- (4 cl rum, optional)
Instructions:
1. Squeeze the juice from the orange and pour it into a blender.
2. Add the coconut milk or cream to the blender.
3. Peel and chop the mango, then add it to the blender.
4. Add ice to taste and the rum if you are using it.
5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
6. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
