Yogurt Apple Sorbet

A refreshing and delicious yogurt apple sorbet that brings summer flavors to winter. This easy-to-make sorbet is a great way to enjoy apples. Preparation Time: 30 minutes + freezing time
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 0.5 kg apples - 1.5 dl water
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 dl light syrup
- 2 dl Greek or plain yogurt
Instructions:
1. Peel and core the apples. Cut them into cubes. 2. Boil the apple cubes in water until soft. Mash the apples and add lemon juice and syrup. Mix until smooth and cool.
3. Once the mixture is cool, add the yogurt and whisk until fluffy.
4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place it in the freezer. After a few hours, take it out and stir the semi-frozen sorbet mixture.
5. Return it to the freezer for another hour and serve.
