Ingredients:

- 300 g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 200 g cream
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Pour the cream into the skillet and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
4. Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly whisk them. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine. Remove the skillet from heat and pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Stir quickly so that the eggs cook with the heat of the pasta.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
