This recipe is inspired by a traditional Finnish wheat beer, crafted with classic ingredients to create a refreshing and flavorful brew.
Preparation Time: 1 month (fermentation time)
Serving Size: Approximately 20 liters

Ingredients:

- 4 kg wheat malt
- 2 kg pilsner malt
- 0.5 kg caramel malt
- 50 g hops (e.g., Hallertau)
- 1 packet of beer yeast (e.g., Weihenstephaner)
- 10 liters of water for brewing
- 10 liters of water for fermentation

Instructions:

1. Heat 10 liters of water to 65-70 °C.
2. Add the wheat, pilsner, and caramel malts to the water and stir well.
3. Allow the mixture to steep for 60 minutes.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil and add the hops. Boil for 60 minutes.
5. Quickly cool the brew and transfer it to a fermentation vessel.
6. Add 10 liters of water to the fermentation vessel.
7. Add the beer yeast and seal the vessel tightly.
8. Let the beer ferment in a cool place for about 4-6 weeks.
9. Bottle the beer and allow it to mature for a few more weeks before enjoying.
