Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana - 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup avocado (about 1/2 avocado)
- 2 cups almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the banana and avocado. 2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
