A refreshing Brazilian cocktail made with lime, sugar, and cachaça.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lime
- 2 teaspoons demerara sugar
- 5 cl cachaça
- Ice
- Rocks glass
Instructions:
1. Cut the lime into smaller wedges and place them at the bottom of the glass.
2. Muddle the lime with the sugar to release the juice.
3. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Pour the cachaça over the ice.
5. Stir well and serve immediately.
