A refreshing Brazilian cocktail made with lime and cachaça.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serving size: 1 cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1-1 1/2 limes, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 ounces cachaça
- Glass filled with crushed ice
Instructions:
1. Wash the limes thoroughly and cut them into wedges.
2. Place the lime wedges in a sturdy glass and sprinkle the sugar over them.
3. Use a muddler or the end of a small rolling pin to crush the limes, releasing the juice and dissolving the sugar.
4. Pour the cachaça into the glass and fill it with crushed ice.
5. Add a wooden stirrer and serve immediately.
