Delicious chocolate banana muffins are the perfect combination of sweetness and softness. They make a great option for breakfast or a snack.

Serving Size: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl brown sugar
- 1 dl oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dl chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
3. Add the sugars, oil, and eggs to the bananas. Mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt).
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until smooth.
6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Divide the batter into muffin cups.
8. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, until the muffins are risen and cooked through.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
