Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes - 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). 2. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and rosemary. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn the fries halfway through the baking time.
6. Serve warm.
